Riverstone Investments is a boutique investment advisory firm specializing in strategic advisory, capital raising, and direct investments for institutional and private investors.
Founded by Dudi Daniel, a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of managerial experience across the U.S., Europe, and Israel, Riverstone Investments bridges the gap between global investment managers and Israeli institutional investors.
We work closely with leading private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate managers, helping them access long-term capital and expand their investor base. Our approach combines market insight, strategic thinking, and deep relationships with key institutional investors, delivering meaningful results for both managers and investors.
We have raised several billion Israeli shekels from leading Israeli institutional investors for top-tier private equity, real estate, and infrastructure managers. Our work includes both fundraisings and direct transactions, leveraging strong institutional relationships to deliver effective capital solutions and long-term value for our clients.

Dudi Daniel
Founded by Dudi Daniel, Riverstone Investments draws on his extensive background as an investment manager with over 25 years of experience leading operations and investments across the U.S., Europe, and Israel. During his career, Dudi initiated and led various global real estate transactions with some of the world’s top asset managers amounting to c. $6.5 billion.
Dudi served as the CEO of the public company ADO Group, and as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of German listed ADO Properties. During his tenure, the company became one of the largest listed real estate companies in Germany with a portfolio of 25,000 apartments and shops (valued at more than €4 billion) and multi billion market cap.
Prior to joining ADO, Dudi served as Vice President and Head of Real Estate at Psagot Investment House, one of Israel’s largest and leading institutional investors. Dudi established the real estate division of Psagot and was responsible for the acquisition and management of major portfolios in various countries.
Prior to joining Psagot, Dudi served as Real Estate Manager and Head of Economics Department of several listed companies (in Switzerland and Israel).
During his career Dudi was a member and chairman of several Investment and Credit Committees in public real estate companies as well as local institutional entities.
Dudi served as a member of the alternative investments committee and the internal debt committee of Psagot Investments House where he was involved in infrastructure, private equity, and debt transactions.
Dudi is active in the Israeli Proptech industry and was mentor to several startups.
Dudi is a real estate lecturer in the MBA program at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and has a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University and has a Real Estate Appraiser license.
